Promotions and discount codes

1. General Provisions

This page sets out the rules for using promotions and discount codes available in the LUCEMINERALE.COM online store, operated by LUCE MINERALE ALICJA KAŁKO, with its registered office in Warsaw 02-591, ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108.

Promotions and discount codes are voluntary marketing activities of the Seller and may be introduced, changed or terminated at any time, subject to respect for the acquired rights of Consumers.

2. Types of promotions

The store may use, in particular:

  • percentage discount codes (e.g., -10%),
  • fixed amount discount codes,
  • free delivery,
  • product promotions (e.g., discount on selected products or categories),
  • other promotional campaigns announced in the store.

3. Terms of use for discount codes

To use a discount code, you must:

  • add products to the cart,
  • enter the discount code in the dedicated field during checkout,
  • meet the conditions of the given promotion, if specified.

Each discount code may have additional restrictions, in particular:

  • minimum order value,
  • restriction to selected products or categories,
  • time limit,
  • usage limit (e.g., one-time use or a limited number of activations).

4. Combining promotions

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes:

  • do not combine with each other,
  • do not combine with other promotions, price reductions or special offers.

5. Duration of promotion

Promotions and discount codes are valid for the periods specified for each promotional campaign.

In the absence of a specified period, the Seller may terminate the promotion at any time.

6. Restrictions

Promotions may not include:

  • discounted products,
  • gift cards,
  • delivery costs (unless otherwise specified),
  • products explicitly marked as excluded from the promotion.

7. Abuse and security

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to apply a discount, cancel a discount code or cancel an order in the event of a justified suspicion of:

  • abuse of the promotion,
  • actions contrary to its rules,
  • circumvention of technical restrictions,
  • action of automatic systems (bots) or multiple use of the code contrary to the terms.

8. Personal data (GDPR)

The administrator of personal data is LUCE MINERALE ALICJA KAŁKO. Personal data may be processed to the extent necessary for the implementation of promotions and – if the customer has consented – for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available in the store.

9. Complaints

Complaints regarding promotions and discount codes are handled in accordance with applicable law and the Store Regulations.

10. Final provisions

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • change the promotion rules at any time, respecting the acquired rights of customers,
  • terminate the promotion early in justified cases,
  • introduce new promotions and discount codes.
